On Tuesday, March 05, 2024, during the 76th Regular Session, the 20th Sangguniang Panlungsod of General Santos City commended Bayani Ugarte, a job order employee of LGU Gensan for returning a brown envelop containing cash amounting to P29,640. The envelope containing the said amount was misplaced last February 21 at the lobby of the Investment Action Building at the City Hall Compound.
