The 19th Sangguniang Panlungsod expresses its profound and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and relatives of the late City Councilor Margareth Rose N. Santos, who has joined our Creator on March 29, 2022. She was a devoted and genial leader, and a dear colleague who served as City Council member of the 15th and 16th Sangguniang Panlungsod; and as Chief-of-Staff (2019-2021) and Executive Assistant III (2021-March 2022) of the City Vice Mayor’s Office.
