The Sangguniang Panlungsod of General Santos City formally commended EDEN BARBIEL UMADHAY of Mindanao State University – GenSan Campus for achieving the distinction of being the first-ever Summa cum Laude from the BS Accountancy program at Mindanao State University – General Santos City, with an exceptional Grade Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.19918 during the 92nd Regular Session of the 20th Sangguniang General Santos City on July 10, 2024.
