The Sangguniang Panlungsod of General Santos City participated in the 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on September 26, 2024. Vice Mayor Rosalita “Nanay Lita” Nuñez thanked the employees and officials of the Sangguniang Panlungsod for always actively participating in the nationwide disaster drill. “Thank you for always participating and actively joining in our disaster drills. This is very important, considering ilang beses na din tayo tinamaan ng malakas na lindol in our city. In fact, our SP Building is undergoing repairs because of the damage from the last earthquake,” Nanay Lita said.
