The Sangguniang Panlungsod conducted its Monthly General Assembly last March 30, highlighted by the recognition of top-performing employees and the celebration of March birthday celebrants and Womenโs Month.
As part of the gathering, employees with outstanding performance were awarded based on their Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) ratings for the period of July to December 2025. The recognition covered various divisions, including Administrative, Journal and Minutes, Records, ICT, City Councilorsโ Offices, Office of the Vice Mayor, Security Section, Resolutions, Ordinances and Agenda Division, as well as Job Order personnel.
The assembly also featured the simple yet meaningful tradition of giving cakes to employees celebrating their birthdays in March and the giving of roses to female employees in celebration of Womenโs Month.
Present during the activity was City Vice Mayor Atty. Jose Edmar J. Yumang, along with Councilors Hon. Jonathan Blando, Hon. Cesar Baรฑas, Hon. Elizabeth Bagonoc, Hon. Franklinย Gacal Jr., Hon. Ramon Melliza, and Hon. Elijah Joanne Polistico-Pacquia. With them as well was Atty. Rosendo Roque, Secretary to the Sanggunian.
The Monthly General Assembly continues to serve as a platform to strengthen unity, recognize excellence, and promote a culture of service among employees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.
