The Sangguniang Panlungsod of General Santos City commended, Clarise B. Rabino for winning the Silver Medal in the 25th annual World Championship of Performing Arts (WCOPA) for the Gospel and Contemporary Category in Anaheim, California last July 24, 2022.
Vice Mayor Rosalita “Nanay Lita” Nunez, thanked Rabino for her passion because despite being a Person with Disability she did not let her disability get in the way of her dreams of representing the Philippines on the international stage of performing arts.
